Members in good standing of the Medical Reserve Corps of the Texas State Guard are eligible to apply for and place on their automobiles a special-issue Armed Forces Reserve license plate. Complete Form VTR-139, present it to your Group Commander (or the person so designated by the commander) for countersignature, and then present the completed and signed form when you apply for the special license plate at a Texas Department of Public Safety office.
